DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY. Promised us an amazing service and billboard . We literally was put onto a broken billboard. Not had any screening time other than the one showing for a few days with screen broken and covering all our contact details! Emailed them everytime it was turned off or not sorted and kept getting told it’s getting fixed .was meant to be live in October and still till this day the board wasn’t fixed. We was then emailed to say it’s going live on a board out the area and not given a choice . We then requested a refund and just wanted to end it so we can take our service somewhere we will get advertised properly . Zoe who calls her self by Boss lady sent us ONE email claiming the money can not be refunded as we had artwork done so it covers that cost… and called that her final response . WHEN WE CREATED OUR OWN ARTWORK paid our own designers then she got very rude on the phone shouted down the phone and got rude and put the phone down on us even tho we was responding professionally .
She kept mentioning to go through complaints policy now that we have, they have gone against their own policy! Not had email or call or anything from the complaint!

To your response below which you won’t let me respond to … did you inform us everytime it went off ? No we chased you guys . Your staff said ** NO way it’s broken again **

On making a complaint you will receive an acknowledgement either in writing or by email within 5 working days of receipt.
To confirm we have not received anything .
Other than boss lady slamming the phone down while she’s screaming at us! So unprofessional. And excuse me? Are you saying my review is a lie? I can post the emails to show my proof . Verbal abuse was only given by your staff not us!I think we should listen to recorded calls :) we have paid you enough money to cover our month which we never got so it’s unfair to hold someone’s money which you done nothing . It’s not £20 we paid! It’s over £700 !! Thanks
Hi. As you are aware the screen was vandalised and broken, which was an issue beyond our control. Your payments were suspended as soon as the screen was reported to be broken. Your complaint was dealt with promptly by our internal complaints team, and once the matter had been investigated you were issued with a full refund. Unfortunately sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, and we do our best to deal with them as quickly and fairly as possible. We will not however accept verbal or written abuse to our staff for any reason, which is why you were referred to follow our online complaints procedure.
