Been doing contracting for over 15 years, running Greenfield General Contracting. Worked with a few marketing companies over the years and usually end up disappointed. Unique Marketing was different. Andrew was on our account and the thing I appreciated most was that he actually explained things. Not just "trust us", but here's why your old site wasn't ranking, here's how the Maps algorithm works for local contractors, here's what we're doing and why. Went from barely any organic leads to a real consistent flow coming through the website and Maps. Also got our CRM sorted out so we stop losing people in the follow up. One of the better decisions we've made for the business.

Every lead matters when you're running a plumbing business, Riverton Plumbing and Drain in our case. Before Unique Marketing our website looked fine but did absolutely nothing. No calls, no form fills, nothing. Darya ran our day to day stuff and Serge was involved on the bigger picture side. They rebuilt the site for conversions, pushed hard on Google Maps, and helped us put a CRM process in place so our team could actually keep up with incoming leads. Took a couple months to really kick in but now Google Maps is one of our main sources of new work. These guys know the home services space, you can tell they've done this before.

I'll be upfront, I was not excited about hiring another marketing agency. Had bad experiences before with Clearflow Plumbing and just burned money. Friend of mine told me to try Unique Marketing so I figured why not. Andrew was our guy and he actually knew what he was talking about. Went through our old website and showed us exactly what wasn't working. Built a new one, worked on our Google Maps presence, and also helped us get a CRM set up so our office could actually follow up with people properly. We were losing leads before just from bad process. That's fixed now. Andrew was great to work with, solid team overall.

Honestly not sure where to even start. We have a roofing company, Blue Ridge Roofing, and before Unique Marketing our website was just... there. No calls, no leads, nothing coming in. Tried a couple other agencies before, got nothing. Then we got connected with Darya and things really turned around. She handled the full website rebuild, Google Maps, all of it. A few months in and we started getting actual calls from people finding us online. Real jobs, not junk leads. If you're a contractor and you're not working with these guys you're probably leaving a lot on the table.

This is so bad! You pay money hoping for a good, stable start to promoting your business and generating orders, but your business is handed over to inexperienced remote workers who aren't even based in the US. They're absolutely terrible at communication and recommending promotional work, and they use cheap/free apps to create the same logos. A well-deserved one star. A complete waste of time during my business's peak sales season.
