I ordered a sign from this company, first they put a wrong mobile number on the sign, in addition they charge me twice. They used low quality material. When they sent me the sample of the sign I confirmed that I like the design of the sign, but the telephone number is wrong. In response, I was told that I confirmed the design, interestingly, I did not supply them that mobile number was put on the sign. I was trying to explain to them where did you get this number from but they did not confess that it was their mistake. I truly tell everyone not to use this company because it is waste of money and time.

Please avoid using this company/ lady even if you feel you’re saving costs. We had a bad experience and we will not be using her again. It was the first and last time. She does not stick to her word and timings, she is very unprofessional, very unapproachable, unresponsive and does not understand the importance of customer service. Most importantly she did not do the job properly as promised.
