Communication is everything in the IT business. I can very happily say that Napollo has this mastered.
I've worked with a few IT related companies in the past and they were horrible compared to Napollo.
I personally worked with Ahsan and Zain, these two along with everyone at Napollo are the gold standard on how to run a business and make their clients worries melt away.
My company originally reached out to Napollo to work on a database glitch on one of our many WordPress websites. It took some time, and constant amazing communication, but they were able to figure out the issue. They jumped into action on a site they had never seen before and kept me updated every 30 minutes with text messages and then end of the day briefs by email.
From that experience, we hired Napollo to take over the rest of our sites, which freed me up to work on new endeavors. All I can say is, if you are even slightly thinking about using Napollo for anything, please please do yourself a favor and hire them right now. They are an insurance policy. The peace of mind knowing they are there waiting for one of my website to act up is worth so much. I cannot say anything bad about them 10/10. They have won a loyal lifetime customer.
