Working with Stacia was one of the best investments I made for my business. I came in needing help getting organized and growing in the right direction, and she delivered on every front.
She helped me set up a CRM system that has completely transformed how I manage my clients and track my pipeline — something I had been putting off for way too long. Beyond that, she guided me through the entire OMWBE certification application process, which felt overwhelming before we started working together. She made it manageable, kept me on track, and helped me put together a strong submission.
Stacia brought a level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care to my business that I didn't expect. I always felt like my success was their priority. If you're a small business owner looking for someone to help you build strong operational foundations and open new doors, I can't recommend Launch Industries enough.
I should have written this review years ago. I started working with Launch in 2022 shortly after I opened my medical clinic. I had no idea how to open or run a business. Monica, the owner, has recruited the best of the best staff, who help me with everything from marketing, bookkeeping, insurance, human resources, grant applications, compliance with the state, even podcasts!! If you want a successful business, or if you are so busy with a successful business, Monica and the team at Launch are the BEST! They are local and trust worthy. It can sometimes feel scary to trust someone to help your business (aka baby) but Launch is the REAL DEAL!!
Working with Launch Industries was one of the best decisions I made while starting my small business. I had the pleasure of working with Monica, and she completely transformed the way I think about structure, strategy, and growth.
She helped me organize high value approaches across everything from CRM systems to social media strategy, and she provided incredibly useful templates that I can actually use. What would have taken me months of trial and error, stress, and second guessing became clear, actionable steps I could implement right away.
Monica has a way of simplifying complex ideas and turning them into smart systems that just make sense. She saved me so much time and headache, and I know the foundation we built is going to benefit my business for years to come.
If you are building something meaningful and want clarity, strategy, and real momentum, I cannot recommend Launch Industries and Monica highly enough. Truly worth it.

As a new business owner, Launch was invaluable. Not only did Monica discover that I had the same LLC as another local business, but I also received legal help to change it. An attorney also drafted my Client Service Agreement, which makes me feel like my bases are covered. I also received help for my pricing and business plan. The consultants were over-the-top kind and helpful!

I had a Zoom meeting with Kayla yesterday and was amazed at how knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough she was in consulting on the next steps for my business with me. Throughout the entire conversation, I never felt judged for not knowing everything about local regulations and learned a lot during our meeting. As a vendor helping Launch with one of their projects, it has been an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Working with Stacia made this business start up much easier than me doing everything on my own. She gave thorough instructions and laid them out step by step, in order from start to finish. I cannot recommend Launch ENOUGH! I am a small business owner, which comes with some struggles to say the least.
