The site they built does what I needed it to do without all the noise. Loads quick, the booking form is straightforward so people aren't emailing me confused about how to schedule, and the layout actually makes sense on a phone. They directed the photography too so the images look like my business instead of generic stock shots of smiling strangers. For the SEO side they pulled the keyword research first and showed me what people were actually typing in. Once that was sorted the rankings climbed and I've had more new client calls in the past three months than the whole year before that. The writing on the service pages reads like a human wrote it, which sounds obvious but every other agency I looked at was pumping out stuff that read like it was assembled by a robot. Pricing felt fair for what I got. I asked a lot of questions during the build and nobody got annoyed with me about any of it.

The new site looks clean and actually loads fast which my old one did not. they redid the whole layout around what services i offer and made it way easier for someone to find the contact form without scrolling forever. mobile version is solid too, tested it on my phone and my wifes and it works the same on both. the SEO part is where i was skeptical going in but a few months later im showing up on the first page for stuff i never ranked for before. they send a monthly report that actually explains what changed in plain enlgish instead of just dumping numbers on me. asked them about adding google ads later and they walked me through what budget would actually make sense for my size of business instead of just trying to upsell. that conversation alone told me i picked the right people for this.

got a full site redesign done and the SEO package on top of it. site looks way cleaner than what i had before and actually loads fast on phones now. they had decent reviews when i was checking local Hasbrouck Heights options so i gave them a shot. calls started picking up after maybe a month or so. my old site basically did nothing for me. happy i pulled the trigger on getting it redone instead of patching it again
