Before I found Social Vision Agency, I worked with another marketing agency and it was a mess. My website looked fine, but it didn’t load properly, a good amount of links were broken, and it wasn’t showing up on Google. The other company also refused to design a logo for me… which was probably for the best.

When I started working with Social Vision, I saw an immediate turn around. They resolved all my website issues and saved my business!! My site is now ranking on the first page of Google and many keywords are also ranking well. This company was also happy to create my logo and helped me start social media marketing, specifically TikTok, and Google Ads. Had a very bad experience with this guys. Hired them to increase my social media presence and reach more customers. Was super clear about my goals. They posted content for 1.5months(daily) with no more than 6 likes per post and 150 views on reels(the same result I had without hiring "professionals") and maybe 10-15 new followers. 1.5 months later they said that my account was all this time in a shadow ban and this was the reason why there was not much views. They never tried to communicate to me before in this matter to let me know about any factors that may potentially slow down the process(they charged $1000/month for keeping it in secret). Then they offered me to open a new instagram account, which I did. In almost 2 week, my reels already have 1500+ views and growing, which means that it could have been achieved earlier, as I was clear about my goals - increase online presence(not to keep old account and trying to pull it out of shadow ban) and potentially get some customers. I stopped working with them after they declared that they have done everything correctly and they didn't intend to tell me about shadow ban as it doesn't seem a problem to them(of course they get paid $1000/month independently of results as they consider any result as a good result), why would they care if you make or loose money. They don't!
After 2 months of “professional” service I now have one dead account that basically cannot be promoted and another one, that is actually works, but with 12 followers.
I didn't notice any professionalism or interest in keeper me as a customer.
"Great" service after all. Was biggest waste of money out of any possible promotion sources that I ever used for my business in 5 years.

Targeted ads was epic fail. In 2 months I got zero customers, but hundreds of requests from people who were looking for a job.

They also told me that they going to reach some influencers and have them help promoting my business. ZERO

Eventually 4k lost, no customers arrived.
