Not great, lol. Wanted a decent print job, didn't get it.
I'm sure they'll get the job done in other circumstances. But they won't check to see if the document is on point (ie" no margin issues) before printing. A lot of "I don't know" and "can't do that". Could be because the guy didn't care or lack of experience , not sure.
Recommend Quick Color Lab Pro around 23rd and 6th, I should have just went there. They are always on point. They can and will check and fix any small hiccup I may miss (because I'm not the printing expert 😬).
I'm only going this hard because they had the nerve to charge me :/ Hopefully they'll improve on that in the future, but I won't be back.

We also made sure to print a sample for you to see. We did not to charge you for the prints that did not come out properly; you were only charged for the prints that were good (resume).<br><br>We understand that printing can be frustrating when a file has formatting issues, and we always do our best to communicate what we see and what we’re able to adjust. I had a wonderful experience with Printing Depot. They printed the color glossy memorial programs for my grandmother’s service, and during such a difficult time, their kindness and professionalism meant so much. I came in on Wednesday and was grateful they could have everything ready by Friday afternoon, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on Thursday letting me know my order was already complete. The programs were beautifully printed with excellent quality, and everything looked exactly as I had hoped. Their compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail made a stressful time a little easier. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Printing Depot is amazing. They designed my most recent beautiful logo for Bessie's Place. Over the years, their services have helped my business tremendously. The staff are highly talented and kind. I recommend them to all businesses in the area. Great for fliers, brochures and big design needs.

Great experience with this local print shop. I had custom T-shirts made and printed material for an event, everything was done with care and attention to detail. The turn around was quick and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quality printing and outstanding customer service.
I love this place. The staff is friendly and I love Ricardo; he always has a smile on his face. I had gotten a customized shirt done by them. The communication was great and it done quickly, 3 days max.
I had a wonderful experience at Printing Depot! I needed a foam board printed on a tight deadline, and they were able to accommodate a custom size. They were quick to answer my questions by phone, and even when I needed a last-minute file edit, they remained accommodating and delivered everything on time.
I'm glad I chose this neighborhood business that’s is part of the Hamilton Heights Alliance over Staples. It was more convenient and the friendly and funny staff made the experience enjoyable
