I've been a Project Manager for years.
I have waited days for IT issues to be resolved as project details weren't captured properly in the system causing a cascade of extra work.
What a different experience I just had to resolve my issue!
It was easy to schedule a meeting to resolve the issue. Samantha is an IT Wiz! In just 12 minutes my site was running properly and connected to my Lend Track portal so i could submit my first lead! Outstanding work Samantha!

I had on boarding call with Dionna Adams today. She was very informative, clear about BLB process and the importance of taking advantage of the support structure. She encouraged me on the next steps to take for success and advise that I should reach to her at any time with questions. Ready-to-Go...Thanks Dionna.
Update: As I continue through the training and getting started I continue to be impressed. Samantha helped me set up my website, LinkedIn and Facebook. They have made the technology side so easy.
Special shout out to EJ, I did my onboarding call with her, and I'm just so impressed with how everything is set up. I feel supported already and I just joined. I have done a few other coaching programs and I'm really impressed with how this one is run. Using systems that already work will always be easier than coming up with something new and I see how BLB employs that.
SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME. Let me elaborate. I happened to see the video by coincidence while watching another YouTube video. Ok, sounds interesting; let's see what they have to offer. People are always looking for alternative lending; I am in a business that deals with individuals that I could offer this service to. I thought, "GREAT, right! I go on to the questionnaire; they ask for general information on me so they can schedule a live call with me. The last question is, How much money do I have to invest in different amounts 0 - 10k?" THAT'S THE GIANT RED FLAG. When I put zero dollars to see what the response would be!
Guess what they said? This is not a good time to do a live call with you or something similar. If I can't see what the product is and they want me to market, plus they want money up front, I run away. " THAT IS A HUMONGUS RED FLAG."
This is my opinion based on many years of experience in the small business world. I hope it helps somebody ....

Hi, EJ from onboarding was amazing. She walked me through the training program and was able to answer all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and excited to get me caught up with my next steps. BLB is lucky to have her. I wish I had her on my team😂

I just completed another help session on Zoom with Simon. He is very attentive and patient, and his explanations are thorough and easy to follow. I always feel as if he cares that my questions are taken care of and that I'm not just another task on his list to be checked off. He's the best by far!
Simon does a great job explaining on how things work. He is very patient with us and never gets frustrated even though there are numerous times when people ask him questions that he’s already answered. His knowledge of Lendtrack is great.
Dionna was professional with her meeting. She answered my questions with patience and directness. I felt unequipped for the business until the call with her. Now I'm ready for battle.
Simon was our coach today in alive training session which was really informative, a job well done! He explained
