Jae and the team at iM3rd do such a fantastic job at making my life as a real estate professional so much easier. Their listing launchpad service takes the stress out of the photography, videography and content creation which allows myself and our team to focus on the things that we are experts in. They are able to create "trendy reels" for IG and I just show up and use the script they have created. So helpful to not have to overthink the process and I truly put my trust in the team at iM3rd.

I’ve entrusted showcasing my listings with Listing Launchpad from im3rd Media for 8 years now and they always deliver. They have a high attention to detail and customize their approach to accommodate the needs of each unique home we are featuring. I have a broad spectrum of clients across all price points and im3rd Media does a masterful job of spot lighting all them in a way that makes all of my sellers happy. And that’s the true test. I am so grateful I decided to give im3rdmedia a try…I feel completely at ease working with Jae and his crew!! I have been blown away by the value they give for the cost of services! My team and I have had the pleasure of partnering with im3rd Media this year and I have to say, it's been a blessing. We have been using im3rd Media since June of 2024. We love how much time we have saved using Listing Launchpad. Before working with Jay and his team, we would spend hours getting each and every listing ready to market. Now that process is very streamlined. Our sellers have noticed as well. They are more apt to share their listings because of how professional they look. Videos are great and the virtual tours are second to no one.
im3rd media has helped us launch our podcast and we could not be happier. Jae and company always have great ideas that we otherwise would have not thought of. We highly recommend im3rd media!

Listing Launchpad saves me time by having all of the listing photos and videos in one easy spot. I can manage and update the private listing website with just a few clicks. Sellers love seeing a website tailored specifically to the sale of their home. Jae takes the best photos and we always have fantastic video tours of the home and property.
