Position in the catalog
A free agency with real 4.8-star reviews sits above a paying one with 3.9, and the sort options are the same for everyone. The SignalSumo score is set by our team from public data — no subscription raises it either.
Review removal on request
You can flag a review that breaks the rules (spam, fake, off-topic) and a moderator decides. You cannot pay to hide a legitimate bad one. Reply to it instead — that is what replies are for, and buyers read them.

Do you charge buyers or reviewers?
Never. Writing a review and contacting an agency are free, for everyone, always. We charge agencies for the tools around the enquiries and reviews they receive.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and crypto today, invoiced per period — send the payment, submit the reference from your billing page, and we activate the plan by hand, usually within a few hours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. Paid features stay live to the end of the term you have paid for, then the page goes back to Free on its own — it is never delisted, and the reviews stay.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No card required to start the 14-day trial. Add a payment method whenever you're ready to continue — before the trial ends, or after (you'll drop back to Free in the meantime).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Switch tiers anytime from billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
