Do not buy from a company called "Seattle Technology" who uses this address as their shipping address. They will sell you fake or not as described products and refuse to refund you. No offense to Axolot if they truly are not involved, but I think it’s worth warning others about a scam coming from this address.

If I could give less than one star I would. In 2021 I paid for my business website to be created and fast forward to Nov 2023 my website is still not complete, the rep Aaron who I was working with has completely disappeared off the face of the earth and I have no way of getting in contact with anyone.

I originally, started off with Amanda who was absolutely a pleasure to work with and super honest woman. Mid way through my project my person was changed over to Aaron who was extremely unprofessional and seemed super shady but I needed my website done so I was willing to entertain the idea of someone else stepping in. Aaron tried to sell me services that I did not need and I had asked him for my credentials for a second opinion on if these services are really needed for my website to run properly and effectively. Once I mentioned my credentials which in fact I own being that I PAID IN FULL for this service, Aaron required me to fill out a form stating my website was complete if I ask for my credentials, that I wouldn't be able to ask for support and that my website is considered complete. Legally we know that paper won't hold in court being that the original contract was not completed, the ownership of the credentials are in fact mines legally and the actual website is not running correctly because Aaron created this website incorrectly so when it went live I would have no choice but to pay additionally for their help. I had reached out to Aaron for the past 6 months to allow him to hold up his end of the contract and he has no interest in making things right. I have hired a lawyer along with filing a full complaint including all conversations, invoices, agreements and related documents to the FTC. We will see them in court!

Stay away from this company unless you want to end up the same way and if you need a lawyer that won my last case send me an email! Let's get these people shut down!

Update : no one has reached out to me to discuss any solutions.

They started off really nice and wanting to work with us on our logo. Logo looked really well done and we were happy. They mentioned they also do websites and we agreed to have them do the website also. After a year of working with them we decided to stop working with them.

We have meeting after meeting going over what we wanted and the changes we needed to have done. End the end we were making the changes and sending them to their team and the changes were still taking several meeting to get made. After trying to get this worked out and finished, they wanted us to completely pay for the website and then a maintenance plan before the project was even finished. After telling them no we had someone else contact us saying they were the new project manager and was going to get this taken care. At this point we decided to end our business agreement and request a refund of our money in accords to the agreement at the beginning of this process. They said they would refund it but have started not answering emails or phone calls.

Beware of using their services for anything other then cookie cutter e-commerce pages.

Paid $3,500 for a very simple website. It has taken over a year and we are still unable to access the site. Communication is difficult as many of their "employees" are in a different country and there is a language barrier. As a nonprofit, every single penny we spend is important, and we have been taken advantage of. When we were presented our "custom site", it was simply WordPress site we could have made ourselves. Save the time and money and use any DIY site maker like godaddy or squarespace etc.

I worked with Andre Lopez on a personal design project that I was doing as a gift for a family member. He happily took all of my suggestions, making many adjustments as the design was very specific, and he brought my vision to life. He did such a great job and was so courteous and happy to help me. After looking online, I found axolot tech with good reviews, but after a horrible experience with Amanda and Jordan, I'm pretty sure these reviews are from friends of the company, or they paid for it. They stole 700 from me. $500 every month for managing my social media, and a one-time payment of $300 for the logo, which was 200 because Jordan convinced me to go with them and gave me $100 discounts, but so far, I don't know if they are scammers or if they don't care what they promise to people and they priority is money. Jordan told me at the beginning that Amanda would finish the logo in one week and the second week start with the social media, but Amanda sent me the sample in 3 weeks, without the email signature that is included in the package and also never accepted the access I gave to my Facebook page. Then after a month, I called Amanda and asked her where is Jordan? he is not answering the phone and is the person with who I made the payment and I want my money back. And she told me, Jordan is on vacation now, but I will connect you with someone to refund your money. This person asked me to give him a chance to do the marketing that Amanda didn't. I told him, no, when he heard that he told me, to forget my money after he said that. I told him I will write a review on the axolot profile about the poor service, and he told me, you can do whatever you want because we can buy good reviews. After that, I called Amanda again asking her for Jordan because he is the person who sent me the invoice to make the payment. Amanda connected me with someone else, and this person said, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm going to refund your money now, and in 3-7 business days, you will receive your money but I never received my money. It is so horrible that these people are dishonest and play games with lies plus the communication are unprofessional. I Highly not recommend axolot tech, or if you want to take a risk, tell them to do the work first, then you pay maybe that way they will learn how to respect others.
