The staff at Platform 81 are very friendly and approachable. They are very patient with client input, and dealing with the regulations that our business encounters. They are also very happy to explain the never-ending changes in the world that is PPC and SEO, and break down updates etc for what they will mean for us as a business. I feel comfortable asking them questions, they never make me feel stupid, or as if I should know the answers already. I work very closely with Fiona and Rachel, and appreciate that Platform 81 has a really good balance of men and women on the team.

Platform81 have been excellent to work with. They took the time to understand the needs of my business and supported me throughout the build of the website. I was looking for a Northern based agency and they fitted the bill against the other companies I spoke to, it was the attention to detail and personal touch which separated them. They have taken care of all aspects, from branding to design and functionality of the site. I have dealt with different members of the team but what has impressed me is the broad knowledge and understanding, of my specific project. They are clearly working well as a team and the joined-up approach had resulted in a great end product. I would highly recommend them. Project delivered on time and on budget.
