During 2011 our pet shop sales in Haydock had increased well above 2010, but our online sales were stagnant and showing very little growth. Since we started working with Ian, online sales have increased by over 400% and that's not including the extra customers we get in the shop who have found us over the internet but prefer to shop in person. Ian's a real asset to our business and we're more than pleased with the service he provides
