Absolute shambles of an organised company.
No response from countless emails for 3 weeks, with confirming my documents.
With no response, I wished to cancel. Then all of a sudden decide to respond, with I cannot.
The pitch we had been allocated and agreed, was not informed to the security, so we was at the back exit of the venue, which affected our sales. No response on fixing this issue again and no compensation for their mistakes.
Total unorganised company and very slow response emails.
Stay away! You'll thank me later

I shot a video for this company that was provided quickly and efficiently. They have avoided paying and have even tried to offer me less money then the agreed price for completed work. They are a disgusting company and should not be allowed to operate. I would avoid at all costs.

Wish I'd read some of the reviews before dealing with this 'company'. Do your own research into locations - do not believe anything you read by Shoppertainment - and think very carefully before booking. Ideally.. look else where!

Absolutely horrific experience with this company.
Spoke to someone about renting spaces in my local shopping centre. They had me put down as first refusal as I helped them stop a scam of someone subletting. So while I went to get my details to sign the contract, they went behind my back and gave the spacing to someone else. This was the pay back to me after I helped them stop a scam in my community. Google needs to invent a 0 star rating coz frankly that's what you deserve.

Please don’t trust this company as their staff are the most expert in manipulating, deceiving and laying to customers. They rush you to sign the contract and to pay them then if you try to contact them, they will pass you to each other as a ball and you cannot find anyone who deal with your matter. All the matter to them is only to pay them rent. Please do not trust them and don’t sign a contract before reading it in details because this is a routine for them to rush you in signing and paying before singing the contract.
