We approached Platform81 to rebuild our website for us. This was not an easy task having been redeveloped by a few other businesses, there was a lot of work to right.

They have a good size team and a cohesive approach to working meaning that you have different individuals specialism whilst having everyone on board at the same time. The planning and communication has been great.

The website has been much improved visually, but more than anything the functionality has been improved meaning we are now in a position to look at SEO and PPC campaigns which weren't an option previously due to the poor customer journey.

Happy to recommend them and we wish we had engaged with them three years ago when we first bought the business!

Caroline and Oli and the rest of the Platform81 team have been fabulous to work with. They took the time to understand the nature of our business and our requirements to make our new website clean and uncluttered, more customer focused and with a friendly tone of voice. A job they completed extremely well whilst at the same time reducing our old website with circa 1,800 pages down to less than 100 pages in the new one. Everyone at Platform81 is very knowledgeable and they work in a calm and professional manner, so I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that needs a new website, no matter what sector you are from.
