Christopher and Chris were fantastic! The whole team that worked on our registration issue for our event was. The issue was addressed quickly and resolved in time for our onsite event registration to open on time. Miles IT really came through for us.

As a remote office, we rely heavily on the IT support of Miles Technologies and we are never disappointed with their service. They offer the best help as they are responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I can recall an instance where I reached out for assistance in Outlook, and they fixed my issue right away and then monitored it for a half an hour longer just to ensure that it was working correctly. They are dedicated to solving the problem and you are in great hands when you call Miles. I highly recommend this company for an efficient turnaround and quality customer service.
We own an orthodontics office in New York with several locations. We finally got to a point where our IT support needs got too big for us to handle in house. We found Miles Tech and have been so impressed with their service. At this point we couldn't function without them. They have a very knowledgeable staff that is available during and after business hours. Miles has made our operations in our offices smooth and easy because they provide us with the highest level of quality and support.
