The staff at Platform 81 are very friendly and approachable. They are very patient with client input, and dealing with the regulations that our business encounters. They are also very happy to explain the never-ending changes in the world that is PPC and SEO, and break down updates etc for what they will mean for us as a business. I feel comfortable asking them questions, they never make me feel stupid, or as if I should know the answers already. I work very closely with Fiona and Rachel, and appreciate that Platform 81 has a really good balance of men and women on the team.
