BUSINESSES BEWARE!!!! As a small business I am always looking to grow my client base, so when this business contacted me via email about website design and SEO services I thought I would give them a try since I was not impressed with the SEO company that I was currently using. After good initial contact/communication and payment I was optimistic about working with this company. However, after using them for 1 month and inquiring about a monthly report, I was told the person handling my account had a cyclone in their area and that no one was currently managing my account. Of course this came as a SURPRISE, especially since I wan only told this information after contacting the company about an update. Fortunately, I was given a refund after making a claim through PayPal, but do not recommend this company, and will not be using them in the future.
