Shockingly poor service. I've gone in twice and both times interacted with a silver haired man. This guy was *jaw droppingly* rude on both occasions we interacted. The final time he was waiting on a cellphone call and his haughty attitude was absurdly off-putting. Avoid this place at all costs.

We are so sorry to hear of your experience during your brief visits to pick up the used office items we were selling during our move to a new location.<br><br>In case it helps with your understanding of that situation, the sole person who was managing the almost-empty space happen to be on conference calls with our design clients and so had to make the unfortunate decision to prioritze the client. In doing so, he needed to ask you to wait, making you feel less important, which was–of course–not his intention at all.<br><br>It certanly was unfortunate timing for both of you and we regret that your experience was less than positive as that is not our way of doing things.<br><br>Thank you for your understanding and kind consideration.
