What a scam, Adgate are crooks. They’re not paying you anything, just taking your money and then playing stupid when you pot in a complaint. Was playing one of their games, the requirement was add funds in which I did, the promise was that after five days of playing you would be credited a certain dollar amount. There were other incentives to playing the game. I received nothing and when I reached out to customer service it turned into back and forth emails requesting duplicate requests, finally I discovered that we were just playing the cat and mouse game.

Absolute trash, fraudulent company. They deliberately lure users into spending real money on games through Freecash, and then unilaterally claw back the rewards using a fake "Chargeback" status. Look at the other reviews—this is their habitual, organized scam method to steal your money and rewards. Freecash and AdGate are total complicit scammers. Do not trust them, save your money.

AVOID! Every time they need to pay larger sum reward for playing games, there are "tracking issues". Shame on you! I gave them full account info, profile game info and always some problem. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

There should be an option to give this company 0 stars because they are completely terrible. I was completing offers on Freecash honestly and they flagged my account, took back rewards I’d already earned, and didn’t pay me for the ones I completed. I tried to contact them but they blocked me, which feels so wrong that they can do that. I was completely honest. Do NOT do any offers from this company. They’re scammers for sure.

scam company completed an offer they added on freecash 1 offer didn't complete so tried to contact there support with proof they just banned my account and reclaimed all the money from the completed offers with no reason as to why never gonna do any offer they put up again

They are refusing to honor serval rewards and challenges I earned and I spent cash money to earn the rewards and their system has the wrong dates as you can see from the pictures and they refuse to honor that

This company needs to be investigated for fraudulent activity, I completed an offer from them through a website and that offer required spending money on an app, a month later they charged back the credits that I earned and kept the money that I spent. This is not a trustworthy company and I would avoid doing any business with them.

I completed 2 rewards through the Free cash app. I never received the reward. It's been over a month with no response other than the generic response email that they are looking into it. If you are using Free cash, do not play games that Adgate supports.

Have deactivated my account but will not provide me with a reason why. Seems if you do well with offers and are getting money from them then you magically breach some terms of use, that for 'security reasons' they cannot discuss and then shut down your account. BE WARNED!

For now, its not tracking my progress in a game called Pirates Treasure. I'll advice caution before attempting any offer by them. I'll update this if they actually do right by me.
