I don't know how I would have started my small business if it weren't for launch industries. They helped me navigate the tedious licensing and permitting process so that I was able to get my business up and running as quickly as possible and without wasting time and money on unnecessary permits.

Monica and the entire Launch team has changed the way I run my small business! They have made running my bakery fun again - managing all of the little things that I didn't even know i didn't know, until working with them. The Launch team is also incredibly efficient and patient! They are always available to explain what they are doing, and how they are doing it so that I have a better grasp on how to run my business. From book-keeping, to payroll - Launch Industries keeps my business running! I do not know how my business used to function without their expertise! We worked with both Monica and Kayla on helping our small business set up employee policies/practices, HR and payroll, and helping us more effectively use our POS to increase sales and improve marketing efforts. They were both great to work with, very knowledgeable of the topics and have a clear understanding of the nuances and challenges of running a small business. They were both really concrete and hands on, for example, walking us through exactly how to set up our payroll system and making sure it was working correctly, rather than just giving high level advice. They were both very efficient and effective in how they work, so our time spent with them felt full of really helpful, tangible advice and guidance - they didn't fill or waste time at all. We will gladly work with them again when other issues come up.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience working with Monica at Launch Industries. I have been dreaming of starting my own business for many years. I was held back by too many ideas and not knowing exactly where to start. I had an initial consultation meeting with Monica to share my ideas and goals. We went through the feasibility and talked through each one of my business concepts. With her help, I was able to feel confident in starting a business plan and had more direction on my next steps to legally start a business. Within only a couple meetings and less than a month, I went from just a notebook full of ideas to actually starting my own LLC, getting a business license, EIN and bank account. Monica also helped build an income projection tool, so I know what I should be charging for my services and I already have my first class and materials planned.
Each session so far has provided helpful resources, information and actionable next steps. With the large amount of new information and tasks, I appreciate how Monica has been able to break it into manage steps and answer questions about a wide variety of topics. My meetings with Monica have given me a lot of clarity and confidence in starting a business. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Launch Industries to build systems and grow my new business.
Monica has owned and ran many successful businesses and has so much knowledge to share. My favorite part about working with Monica is she is truly passionate about helping other business owners and wants to see them succeed. I was introduced to Monica through Artisan Community Kitchen.
Through conversation, I found out that she has a consulting business "Launch Industries" that helps entrepreneurs get their business off the ground. I asked her if she could help me with profit margins and Quickbooks for my small business "Everything Baked Potatoes." We scheduled a couple of meetings via Zoom, which was perfect for my schedule. Monica was prompt, and even spent more than the 50 minutes allotted for our meeting to ensure I had everything I needed for the next steps. Monica's enthusiasm to share her expertise in the area of business financials and why accurately using Quickbooks is essential to running a small business was appreciated.

My business partner and I are new entrepreneurs and one of our biggest challenges is technology...We are just not tech savvy? However, Monica never made me feel like any of my questions were not valuable. She is personable, professional, patient, kind and methodical in her training. I was able to stop and take notes and ask more questions throughout the meeting. It is not everyday that you work with someone that makes you feel like they want your business to be successful, by being efficient, and productive. And that is exactly how Monica made me feel. The tools and information she provided is definitely beneficial to the growth of my business. I highly recommend her services; you won't be disappointed!
