エージェンシーが尋ねる質問

Does the client see any SignalSumo branding?

No. Once you set your branding, the export carries your agency name, logo and contact details. The document is yours to send as your own deliverable.

Do I have to re-enter my branding for every report?

No. The branding step has a "remember" option that stores your details against your account, so every later export pre-fills. Change it once and every subsequent report picks up the new version.

Which reports can be white-labelled?

Eight document types run through the same branding step: Website Audit, Executive Report, AI Growth Plan, AI Visibility, Competitor Overview, Backlink/Snapshot Compare, Content Report and SERP Report.

What file format do clients receive?

PDF. It is generated server-side, so it looks identical regardless of the client's browser, and it can be attached to email or dropped straight into a client portal.

Can reports be sent automatically?

Yes. The Executive Report supports scheduled delivery — you set the title, notes, accent colour and frequency once, and each send goes out on its own. Delivery history is kept even if you later delete the schedule.

What if a client has no data for a section?

The section is omitted rather than printed empty. The on-screen preview runs the same aggregation as the PDF, so what you see previewed is what the document contains.

Which plans include white-label reporting?

White-label PDF export is included on Pro and Agency. White-label embedded audit results — where the audit tool on your own website returns unbranded results — is Agency only.

Can my team generate reports too?

Yes, within your plan's team seat count. Pro includes 2 team members and Agency includes 5, each working inside the same client projects.
